After-Acquired Evidence that Plaintiff Used a Fake Social Security Number Barred Claims

On August 9, 2011, the Third District affirmed the trial court's decision to grant summary judgment in favor of the employer. The employer successfully argued that because the plaintiff used a coutnerfeit Social Security Number in order to secure his job, and because the company would not have hired him had it known that he was not elligible to work in the United States, his case should be dismissed.
